ResCheck
Most states now accept a Rescheck (sometimes known as MecCheck) reports to show energy compliance with energy code requirements.
ComCheck
Most states now accept a Comcheck (sometimes known as MecCheck) reports to show energy compliance with energy code requirements.
ABOUT US
TAILORED ENERGY was formed in the late 1980’s to calculate reports for Northern Californian drafters, designers and architects. These reports are now known as Title 24 reports and we now offer an online service covering the entire state.
We specialize in Title 24 energy reports for new residential buildings and additions. We charge a flat fee of $145 (on buildings of up to 4,000 sq ft – see fees). We also write Title 24 reports for multi-family and commercial buildings.
We are also able to prepare ResCheck and ComCheck reports (fees similar to Title 24’s).
